Frequently asked questions

How do I test my app before launching?

Run the AI User Panel: three AI users sign up with disposable accounts, walk the flow you describe, and hand back a screenshot of every step plus the exact point they gave up. It runs in about 15 minutes for $29 one-time, with free reruns for 30 days so you can fix and re-test.

How can I get feedback on my SaaS or landing page?

Start with a Free Roast: three AI personas review your landing page and return a score and the top issues in about 90 seconds, no account needed. When you want them to actually sign up and walk your core flow, the AI User Panel goes deeper for $29.

How do I validate my startup idea fast?

The Free Roast gives you an instant score, and the AI User Panel is an idea-validation instrument: ten personas, including a price-sensitive student and a skeptical SaaS buyer, tell you whether anyone would sign up and pay before you spend a launch on it.

How do I get my first users for my indie app?

Community Testing is the honest answer: test two indie apps, earn credits, and real developers test yours back and become your first users. Every public report also brings visibility and a backlink. The panel finds the problems that lose users; it is not a distribution channel.

Can AI test my website or onboarding?

Yes. The AI User Panel opens your app in a real browser, signs up, and attempts your onboarding the way a new user would, then shows you each step with the friction quoted. It is the fastest way to see your onboarding through fresh eyes.

Are these real humans?

No. The panel is 10 AI personas, and that is the point: instant, consistent, brutally repeatable, and clearly labeled as simulated everywhere. When you want real humans, that is what Community Testing (free, credit-based) and the Pro Review ($99, hands-on by Alex) are for.

What do the AI users actually do on my site?

They open your app in a real browser, sign up with disposable accounts, and attempt the flow you describe. Hard limits: they never leave your domain, never touch payment forms, never perform destructive actions, and test accounts use our own email addresses.

My signup uses Google login or a CAPTCHA.

Our pre-flight check detects this before you pay and asks you for a test account instead. Credentials are encrypted, used once per run, and deletable anytime.

What if the agents get blocked anyway?

If none of the three AI users can even start your flow, the run is marked blocked and automatically refunded. If at least one gets through, the run stands, and the blockers they hit are themselves findings.

Is my report public?

Free roasts are public by default (you can opt out). Paid panels are private by default with one-click sharing.

How do community credits work?

Testing someone's app earns 1 credit, +1 if they mark your feedback helpful. Submitting yours costs 2. Credits cannot be bought.

Is my app confidential?

Paid panels are private by default and only you can see them until you choose to share. Test credentials are encrypted, used once per run, and deletable anytime, and verification emails we receive are retained for at most one hour.
